Warranties specific to Water Softeners installed by Flat Rate Softeners. In addition to the manufacture warranty Flat Rate Softeners provides you and additional warranty listed on your receipt. All Warranties are for the original purchaser only, and do not transfer when a property is sold or transfers to a new owner. Limited Lifetime warranties offered by The manufacturer and Flat Rate softeners llc are considered void when the original purchaser no longer occupies the property as their full time residence or place of business.

Your warranty is void if you move the equipment for the home/address it was originally installed at. If you hire Flat Rate Softeners to move it and install it at your new address you warranty will continue uninterrupted.

Resolutions;

Written documentation overrides verbal communication. Your warranty is outlined in the written literature that comes with your equipment. In the event of error Flat Rate Softeners will at their expense, extend the manufacture warranty to match what is printed on your receipt if such an error occurs. In this event Flat rate softeners, is only extending the amount of time you have for a claim, all coverage is the same coverage the manufacture would have offered during their warranty period. Issues and Repairs not covered under the original manufacture warranty will not be covered by the warranty extension.

Exposing water softeners, water filtration and reverse osmosis equipment to pressure in excess of 79 psi will cause damage and such damage is not a valid warranty claim. You are responsible for maintaining safe water pressure levels in your home.

Each system purchased from us has a minimum 3 year warranty and most of our systems have a limited lifetime warranty so you have nothing to worry about. For the first calendar year from purchase all warranty repairs are free! For the remainder of the warranty period the manufacture provides the parts for free and you only pay a $75 installation charge.
